I oversaw all aspects of live the production of our weekend services and events. Responsible for the production of the livestream of our weekend services. Oversaw a team consisting of an Audio Director, lighting engineer, video producer, Video director and camera operators. I also shot and edit various forms of video for broadcast. Created elements for videos including name titles, lower third graphics and motion graphics. Cameras used include BlackMagic Design Cinema Pocket Cameras and BlackMagic Design Ursa. I edit video in Final Cut Pro and color in DaVinci Resolve.

Planned and executed all of the design projects for each ministry of the church and the church as a whole. Projects included web, print and social media. Also created t-shirt designs with color separation. I helped mange the marketing of the church as well. This was done through the website, social media and ad placement. I have designed some billboards and other outdoor advertising as well as shot and edited commercials that run online and in movie theaters. I work in Adobe CC and Final Cut Pro X. I'm currently expanding my knowledge of HTML and CCS coding.Oversaw all production aspects of our weekend worship experiences including audio, video and lighting. Manage and train volunteers on the Audio mixing console, lighting console and video production suite.Knowledge of the Avid Venue, Yamaha M7CL, Behringer X 32 and Midas M32 audio mixing consoles, and Grand MA lighting console.

As youth pastor at New River Fellowship in Weatherford, Texas I lead all aspects of ministry. These duties included the creating and maintaining of budgets, recruiting and training volunteers and leadership and maintaining communication with students and parents.I also oversaw all of he creative processes including all graphic design and media, social media and creative writing. I also taught at the weekly gathering and prepared all teaching materials and discussion guides.

I was in charge of all aspects of the High School youth ministry at First Baptist Church in Bossier City, LA. Worked with 35 adult volunteers to maintain direction of ministry. Duties included recruiting and training all leaders and volunteers. Created all creative aspects of the ministry including graphic media, video and print and web.Used Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie and Final Cut.
