Whether I'm focusing on a single team or working across the organization, I am a problem solver. I am someone who understands the big picture and guides teams to solve challenging and often ambiguous problems.I own programs/projects from kick-off to close-out while also executing program level initiatives to better the organization. I work at pace with high levels of ambiguity and little oversight, whilst demonstrating ownership throughout the project life cycle. I lead by influencing stakeholders through a cadence of business meetings, site visits and technical discussions. I am a hands on leader both on and off site to meet project goals and roll up your sleeves with a bias for action, getting things done and supporting project execution. Often I am dependent on upstream partners such as construction, engineering and design teams to execute scope in a construction environment. My daily tasks include coordination with vendors and contractors, removing barriers, working across teams, communicating project status and risk, using internal and external software and driving results.As a senior program/project manager I lead a project-based business unit that manages all aspects of the project lifecycle, from engineering, resource utilization, scope, schedule, budget, procurement, production, logistics, installation, commissioning, quality, to after install support. I also facilitate the discussion and collaboration between customers, designers, and fabrication teams, using my skills in vehicles and process engineering. My mission is to provide innovative, efficient, and cost-effective industrial solutions that exceed customer expectations and help them achieve their current and future goals.
