Began career at California Closets as a designer, after three successful months of outside sales I was brought into the office to assist with designer training. Moved from production department to the sales department and worked in the newly created position of Designer Liaison. My past experience in production at Labruna Industries as a manager for the CNC department, my CAD experience and my sales experience afforded me a unique position within the company. Having a full understanding of the product from the raw materials through design, sales, manufacturing and installation proved extremely useful. I spent most of my time working through problems between the designers and the production departments, a typical situation in most companies.
