During my 40 years of working in, and around, the technology and insurance industries, I learned the importance of communication and connection to not only achieve results, but to do it in a way that makes people feel good about what they are doing. Humor is one of the most important tools to achieve this. Now that I've left the traditional workforce, I use standup comedy and improv to help people understand themselves and each other.
