ACH is a privately held company dedicated to the development of large housing projects. Currently undergoing the funding, design and construction of a social housing project valued in +$20MM in sales.Main responsibilities:• Creation of a development company and partnership agreement with a well-respected local construction firm for the joint development of a $26MM-in-sales social housing project.• Project evaluation: due diligence, architectural analysis, cost analysis and market research to evaluate the project’s feasibility. This report informed the board’s decision to invest in the project as the major shareholder.• Coordination between a market research agency and the in-house design team to adapt the blueprint to current market conditions. The result increased the project’s profitability in +$1.3MM in sales.• Intense negotiations with partners, stakeholders, and local banks to finance the acquisition of the land.• Due to the new remote working culture, I was able to manage the initial stages of this development project while traveling between Guayaquil and Madrid to assist my international clients at Tailor & Key.
