He has more than 10 years of experience in this role, partnering with sales leaders to delight customers and achieve financial results.Felipe has a strong background in sales operations and finance, having previously worked as the CFO of EMC and the Sales Operations Director for VMware in Latin America. He has successfully led restructuring and strategic growth plans for both businesses, balancing controllership and business partnership capabilities. He also has skills in income statements, new business development, and customer relations. Felipe holds a MBA in Controllership from the University of São Paulo, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School and the Leadership and Influence course at Babson College.
