I am currently the Director of Operations for a food manufacturing plant, responsible for audits, maintenance, manning, purchasing / scheduling, p&l oversight, capital projects, etc. I have been a Process Operator on-shore and off-shore, trainer and educator for industry and college credit classes, Incident Commander, Planner / Scheduler, Unit Foreman, Refinery Operations Supervisor with multiple units, truck racks, pipelines, and satellite tank farms, PSM / MOC Administrator, Project Manager, and Director of Operations at a 400 employee site and a 58 employee site. I have degrees in Industrial Education and Process Technology and I am a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist. I have been an ISO certified auditor and taken 2 sites through initial certification. Operational efficiency, inventory reduction, and increased margins result from my organizational skill set.
