Over the past 5 years, I have been promoted from Sr. CSM -> Manager, CS -> Sr. Manager, CSMy goals have been to help build a high-performing, empathetic team, help our Customers be wildly successful with Slack and continue to uplevel our business as we've gone from 400 employees -> 3,000 employees -> M&A with SFDC. I have had the privilege of:-Growing our East team from 1 CSM (me) to over 60 CSMs in 4 years-Building / improving numerous processes within our CS organization (Risk/Red Accounts, QBR content, Competitive narratives, Scaled Portfolio Excellence team, Value narratives and value selling, and more)-Build two new verticals from the ground up (Public Sector and LACA), which required deep cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement and Recruiting. Once the verticals were established, I hired people with direct in-market experience to take the space to the next level-Engage with our strategic Customers as an Executive sponsor, pushing them to reimagine what the future of work could be and how they can leverage tools like Slack to create a productive environment for their employees-Took a leadership role in helping both our organization and our Customers pivot to a fully remote working model in March 2020 (COVID). Through a blend of product knowledge, industry research/trends and business acumen, I was able to create thought leadership POVs/recommendations to help our business and our Customer's businesses rapidly adapt to an entirely new way of working-Helped steer our teams through an IPO and large-scale acquisition by SFDC - an active part of our M&A team through Harmonization of our companies. Led our internal change management and culture functions to ensure a smooth transition for our teams.
