Actively manage 21 CERCLA NPL-listed groundwater and soil investigation sites within four Operable Units (OUs): multi-firm, multiple teams' contractor oversight and collaboration, including contract oversight: $14 million firm fixed price (FFP) RI-ROD; $22 million cost plus incentive fee performance based contract (PBC) RI-RIP · Oversee concurrently executed RI field investigations, vapor intrusion investigations; develop, review/edit/revise concurrently executed RI WPs, Vapor Intrusion WPs, Treatability Studies, Removal Actions, RI Reports, Action Memoranda. · Regulatory negotiation/interaction; community involvement meeting preparation/participation · Communicate complex soil and groundwater contaminant Remedial Investigation Workplans and Remedial Investigation Reports to Air Force civilian and military senior leadership, community members, and coordinate the same with NJDEP and EPA Project Managers and technical review teams and review contractors. · Experience investigating chlorinated solvents, petroleum compounds, pesticides, and metals. · Prepared detailed MS Project schedules for 36 JB MDL NPL-Listed Site ERP for inclusion in ERP Site Management Plan, and maintain for quarterly updates. · Adept consultant/contractor coordinator, excellence in client and regulatory interaction and rapport building, and effectively delegate project related tasks and responsibilities.Currently on unpaid "On Call" status while JB MDL contract support services are procured as part of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) GEITA contract acquisition.
