Facilitated d the VHA CLO work group in developing validation instructions for all VISN’s prior to submission to OMB for FY 2010.Implemented a successful strategy for timely award of all American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Projects for VISN 4. Was recognized by VA Secretary for this effort Program oversight for the network’s logistics operations at all ten medical centers for supplies and $400M of equipment assets.
