Control) of New Model.• Improvement in WIS.• TEAR DOWN the vehicle to analysis the root cause of the problem.• Maintaining documents of SIS-A, SESD-2223, SOS-K.• Dismantle assembly inspection on market failure (Warranty) vehicle and root cause analysis on problem and take corrective actions by effective use of 7Qc tools and 8D.• Ensure Quality Standards in SENDAI, N00(EXPORT) related to Appearance, Functional & Maintain Defect Report (Department Wise).• Supplier audit and Ensure Process verification, Measurement, inspection, Detection methods at supplier end to meet the fit and functional requirements.• Active role in resolving component fitment and process related problem on line.
