 Preparing the MRs and checking its status and follow-up to make available at the right time to the rig site. Follow up at regular intervals for critical items. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by Tool pusher/OIM./Company man Ensure all tools and service equipment (Spares) are in good condition, properly store and available when needed and location. Perform Packing and Label cargo for dispatch with proper tools. Coordinate with rig Radio officer, Barge Master when boat arrival or on Manifest or else Cargo manifest - Backload and in coming related to shipping, receiving, work orders accurately and in a timely manner Follow up at regular intervals for critical items from base and try to make them on rig. Supervise at the time of lifting the equipments and monitor loading and offloading operation.  Handling the routine inventories, Cycle counts etc. And conduct routine inspection Interaction with various Departments in connection with orders and purchases.  Maintaining daily orders according to the requirements of various departments. Enhance stock, inventory control and cost analysis  Maintain and update, Ensure 100% accurate data entry. Ensure proper sorting & physical loading of the materials according to its destinations. Receiving and sorting out the materials. Processing the purchase orders / Material Requisitions according to the requests by the various departments. Regularly attending Muster duties, attending safety meetings, pre-shift meetings. Achieving monthly target and achieving all at a right time. Coordinate with rig Radio Man, Barge Master when boat arrival or on. Experience in radio frequency ID systems (RFID), bar code systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI).
