Studied electrical properties of Nanowires Using Python, Statistical Methods, and SQL SERVER database. I solved the 1-D triangular potential well problem using python code and extracted the current versus voltage data for various temperature conditions. After that, I optimized the data using the MySql server and plotted the I/V curves for different temperatures using Origin software. I eventually compared theoretical graphs with the experimental charts and extracted current density and mobility for various temperature ranges using a linear fit algorithm.
