As OWNER/ CEO of ​G6 Logistics, I have established myself as a dynamic and impactful leader in the transportation and logistics industry. I have been involved in the logistics sector since 2002 starting at the bottom as an OTR driver averaging 2,500 miles a week, to working many local jobs in and around Southern Illinois pulling End Dump trailers helping local farmers run grain and rock to and from the river. From 2011 till 2022 you could find me scouring the Landstar load boards in my "free time"as a beginner broker agent where I strategically and frugally maintained several different freight lanes for shippers and carriers alike. My personality traits shine through as CEO for G6 Logistics because I have been on both sides of the desk either as a driver or a broker agent & now as an independent freight broker. Keeping a clear vision and strategic mindset, I have navigated G6 Logistics through the normal challenges of any start up company over the last year to ensure steady growth & a promising future. My leadership style & ability to inspire & motivate fuels the personal fire of G6 Logistics by fostering a collaborative & empowering work environment for shippers & carriers of all sizes. I have cultivated a strong sense of teamwork and unity within the logistics community thus far, while building & maintaining several positive business relationships in the logistics community by brokering one load at a time. If I am called upon to make a crucial decision, I analyze the situation from afar and then form an educated & practical solution which I stand behind 110 %. I am a firm believer in not trying recreate the wheel while at the same time being able to maintain an open mind and having clarity & common sense to see where tweeks can be made to improve any challenging situation before troubles arrive. I strive each day as a husband & father to live and lead by example while gracefully trying to follow the "7 p's" of life (prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance.) My ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships with clients and stakeholders has contributed to G6 Logistics positive reputation in the industry.
