I have worked in the IT industry for over 30 years, in mainframe programming and support, design and analysis, consultancy in BMC Control-M, IAM (including PAM) and IR, pre-sales and education.I am a BMC Certified Professional Control-M Version 9, Netskope Certified Cloud Associate and a Beyond Trust Certified Engineer in Password Safe and Endpoint Privilege Management.I've also consulted in and/or taught with many other security tools such as xmatters, CyberArk, Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Sentinel and Autopsy.I worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Identity Solutions then CyberCX, for our many customers throughout Australia, supporting their workload automation, IDAM, PAM and security and governance systems and conducting professional services work. My roles include system reviews, upgrades, consultancy, training and pre-sales.At CyberCX I worked as a project manager in a large Cyberark project. I'm now working at Cyberbit, making sure that our customers are developing their incident response capabilities. My main focus is to make sure that they not only have the toolset knowledge and skills, but that they can put it all together when faced with a threat and are able to respond effectively as a team.
