Founded a mental health startup that connects peers and mentors. As the Founder I managed all sales, operational aspects, finances, and marketing that come with running a business using Microsoft Excel and impeccable organizational skills.

I am a nutrition coach certified through Precision Nutrition. I turned my weight loss journey into a business where I help others lose weight. My business is called Gabriel Bauer Nutrition. I specialize in assisting clients through a holistic approach. This holistic approach includes building habits that can be done forever, body positivity, and teaching clients to love themselves.

I went through the process of running for this position in March of 2022. As student academic senate chairperson, I oversee a team of 12 student senators. As a team, we try to better our college. Some events we have hosted include an Open Mic Night and a Veterans Luncheon. We also oversee all clubs on campus and handle their $25,000 budget. I always lead my team with understanding, clear communication, creativity, and clear goals. I also have the opportunity to work with faculty on the college's problems. For example, this fall, I met one on one with the chair of the honors program and spoke about marketing strategies.I also got the opportunity of co-sponsoring with one of my professors, The Day of Service at Nassau Community College. The Day of Service was on April 18th and will include many charitable organizations. I was responsible for raising funds for this event because the school would not provide a budget. As well as raising funds, I organized the charitable organizations we invite.
