• Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool; managing candidates through the end-to-end recruiting process• Partnering with compensation, HR team members, and Hiring Managers to create compelling offers• Record recruitment data (i.e. diversity numbers, time to fill, performance metrics, etc.)• Utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn • Tracking candidate progress in our ATS and providing regular reporting to hiring managers • Knowledge of best practices around recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, candidate, timelines, interviews, and Diversity & Inclusion• Conduct exit interviews and follow full termination and resignation process• Organizational re-design work and roll out of new titles, departments, and managers company-wide• Lead internship program recruiting, onboarding, and event planning• Register for and attend career and internship fairs across the country• Implement and role out a “New Manager Training” guide for new manager onboarding• Coordinate and plan employee events such as: volunteering, holiday parties, employee appreciation events, including the annual all-employee retreat.• Act as a resource for employees regarding company policies and procedures along with change management and organizational re-design • Assist with year-end performance evaluations and compensation programs, support training and development initiatives, including administering the performance review tool in Insperity • Support all members of the Human Resources team as needed• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

• Provide excellent customer service to Fairview’s 32,000 employees via phone and email• Assist employees when having issues with coworkers/supervisors• Assist new hires with enrolling in benefits• Assist employees with payroll questions and concerns• Assist employees with any other Human Resource related questions such as: leave of absences, rate of pay, interview processes, insurance and benefits, PTO accrual, etc.
