I've returned to pre-medical studies in order to be the best servant I can be to patients and their families. I also continue to serve customers as an IT service center analyst at Foster Farms. I provide technical assistance to fellow employees experiencing hardware, operating system, and application issues. I have over 9 years of combined customer service experience in fast-paced retail and food service environments from my work at Target, Jamba Juice, and Walmart. I thoroughly enjoyed leading team members for two of the three and a half years I worked at Jamba Juice. My main focus was to lead my team by example in order to provide our guests with the best service.While attending the University of Oklahoma, I began working for their Information Technology department as a part-time services specialist, where I assisted customers experiencing software and hardware issues. I realized I enjoyed solving computer issues for others. This experience lead me to pursue and complete my bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems at CSU-Stanislaus.
