Under the general supervision of the classification case director,Evaluates inmate's automated and manual record to determine eligibility for institutional assignment, custody changes, jobs and treatment program.Serves as chairperson of the institutional classification committee.Coordinates an equitable classification system for a caseload of approximately 250 inmates.Conducts periodic reviews of inmate's progress.Interviews inmates relating to their general institutional adjustment or related problems.Responds to inquiries of information from departmental officials and other agencies.Operates the SCDC computer system to enter/retrieve information pertaining to inmate's social, criminal, educational and family history.Performs other related duties as required.

Managed over 200 contingent workers on site at BlueCross BlueShield for Kelly Services including all Human Resources activities that go along with managing a Kelly site. Full scope HR. From recruiting to hiring.coaching and counseling, labor laws, terminations and general HR duties similar to an HR Generalist. Also recruited and managed high level IT professionals with salaries above 6 figures. So I learned a lot of the technical knowledge in order to be able to source and interview these high level prospects. I had two offices. One in Florence, SC where I was responsible for more entry level associates and an office in Columbia, SC (about an hour away) where I took meetings with the hiring managers once or twice a week so I would know what to start sourcing for as far as any open IT positions. Functioned also as in house HR Manager since stores did not have one. Which means I completed recruiting, training, terminations and all benefits questions utilizing Workday.

Worked for their Premium Finance division, Prime Rate. Managed a book of business to include large loans and managing sales leads in Salesforce.

Helped to grow a local independent insurance agency from the ground up through sales, marketing and staff development. Managed time, payroll, and training.

Created schedules for over 100 associates weekly. Completed payroll every week. New hire on-boarding. Setting up new hires in Peoplesoft. Going through applicants to decide who to proceed to interview phase. AP/AR. Managed all store credit card purchases and approved/denied expense reports. Responsible for cash office and all it entailed such as cash controls and audits. Coaching, counseling, termininations. Utilized Peoplesoft. Also manage employees progression plans and monitored all quarterly reviews and worked with their manager on what we could offer as far as a raise. Making sure I did not go over allocated hours or I would need to go to the sales floor and start sending people home. Again, very much of a HR Generalist role.
