Brought in to help steer the organization through challenging times in healthcare by managing strategic, project management and operational skills and leveraging those skills in the technology arena. Directly responsible for implementing complex technologies during one of the most involved implementation periods in healthcare as mandated by the PPACA – Patient Protection Affordable Care Act. Placed particular emphasis on acquiring key staffing resources and secured new vendors to deliver 100% compliance on six separate enterprise-wide projects at the organization.
