* Developed project management framework for the global research and development division of a top 5 international food and beverage organization. Implemented framework on collection of 40+ projects and created senior executive level visibility to current state and progress of project portfolio. * Led the establishment and rollout of a new ventures group inside a multi-billion dollar consumer products company. Managed a cross-functional team in identification and development of new business models designed to penetrate new markets and increase overall sales for the organization. Conducted rigorous risk assessments and built mitigation plans to enable successful launches in North American markets. * Managed a new product development and launch in a new channel. Built risk mitigation strategies to bring the project on schedule and meet launch date requirements. * Led a joint venture project between 3 multi-billion dollar companies. Assessed corporate strategies for each organization and crafted a joint vision to bring shared value to each of the companies and their customers. Built cross-organizational team cohesion and established firm working relationships. * Led an international team in the conversion of an entire regional product portfolio. Managed a complex collection of activities that included development of new product formulas; consumer testing; obtaining new supply channels; re-labeling; new equipment development, testing and installation; new procedure development; and training for a factory of 100+ employees impacted by the conversion. * Advised a corporate leadership team on intellectual property management and creating value through intangible assets. Outlined an assessment of current procedures and coordinated a response to identified gaps. Managed a change management initiative to incorporate new IP strategy across a multi-billion dollar privately held company in 8 separate business segments.

Led security and law enforcement operations for a military installation protecting 6,000 personnel and $1 billion in DoD assets. Managed a robust training program for emergency response, contingency operations, and overall personal development of over 100 organization members.
