Abhinav Gupta graduated in 2003 with honors in Business Administration and has completed his Masters in Business Administration with specialization in “Customer Relationship Management & Marketing”. Prior to pursuing his post-graduation in business management, he had served as business executive in outsourcing industry and brings with him brief strong experience of one and half years in the same at Wipro. Worked with Sify Technologies in Enterprise Solutions Division providing ITES solutions to organization.During his stint in customer service industry he gained valuable insights in to customer service niceties and nuances.
