Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin. My current research interests involve developing and understanding experimental techniques to self-assemble nanostructures into 2D ordered arrays. I have developed novel methods to self-assemble polycrystalline nanostructured areas to >200cm2 areas. Applications I am interested in include light trapping for increased solar energy generation and exploring novel optical resonances that can be supported with self-assembled nanoparticle clusters. I am generally very excited to work on projects which explore interesting physics, are developing research/products for important societal improvements, or working with a team of curious and engaging researchers.
