- dealing with customers via phone & emails- sorting issues & problems- recording shipment orders- issue weekly/monthly invoices to some customers

- Unloading items and heavy furnitures using forklift or other vehicles from trailers.- Separating the goods according to the checklist and placing them on pallets or platforms according to their specific numbers.- Collecting & separating damaged items -> documenting for damage control.- Using electric jet to moving and loading the alredy prepared items on pallet onto the Nook (sort of a lift that moves the items to their right place.- Admin work using Microsoft, Word, Excel -> -- Giving out the truck lists to employees. -- Parking the truck to their respective gates. -- Communicating and consulting with the truck drivers -- Handling issues and paper work later day.- Taking photograph and reporting any sort of damage or unruly loading that has been carried out from the departure point.

- Collecting and boxing the items according to the system and prearing them for delivery.- Picking and sorting items according to the system for later distribution.- Separating damaged items, listing them and uploading them to the system.

- Collecting items (parfumes, creams, lotions) according to the system into baskets.- Collected items have been placed in a basket.- Electric Jet has been used to collect bigger & middle sized items according to the system and placed in a cage.- Cage has been moved to the loading section of the warehouse.- Paper work included using Microsoft Word, Excel, Office

- Conducting hand searches of cabin luggage, passengers and staff.- Body searching of passengers and staff.- Operating high-tech security equipment such as X-Ray machines and body scanners. - Checking of staff ID cards and passenger boarding cards before entering the security area.- Greeting guests to ensure they receive the very best service
