As such, I am in charge of servicing all existing accounts and writing all new business for accounts in the agency that generate under $2,500 in commission. Although I am handling “small” accounts, the small business unit in sum has a large impact on our agency as it accounts for approximately $130,000 in revenue, which is about 10% of my agencies total revenue. COMPGuide:I helped build the COMPGuide program from scratch since its inception in early 2015 under the direction of Cory Hillery. COMPGuide is a specialized workers compensation consulting program that focuses exclusively on cleaning up larger organization’s workers compensation programs. Acting as either a third party consultant or the managing agent, we will address procedural challenges in the current program and then implement an action plan that will save your organization valuable time and money. To do so, we provide claims management and long-term workers compensation guidance that is customized to each client’s needs. Our primary services tend to focus on issues relating to return-to-work, light duty, and finding creative ways to get injured employees back to work within the three day waiting period. Some of our other critical services include establishing direct partnerships between our clients and local occupational medicine clinics, as well as providing online claims reporting software that streamlines the first report of injury and OSHA 300 log processes.
