- Conduct the entire hiring process for new employees across Brazil.- Draft job descriptions.- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates at various operational and strategic levels.- Plan and execute training and development programs for employees.- Manage the benefits package and oversee electronic time tracking.- Assist in the employee performance evaluation process.- Set goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback. - Conduct exit interviews.- Responsible for recruiting people with disabilities (PwD) and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.- Develop internal policies and structure all recruitment and selection processes.- Execute internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives.- Provide feedback to candidates on their performance during the selection process.- Maintain transparent and effective communication throughout all stages of the process.- Collaborate with leaders and managers to understand hiring needs and align expectations.- Participate in and contribute to the recruitment and selection (R&S) strategy.
