 Design, implement, and adapt age-appropriate curriculum that stimulate and foster development across multiple domains. Provide continuous supervision to ensure the health and safety of the children  Record daily observations, monitor behavioral patterns, and develop assessments. Serve as an advocate for children, parents, and staff at agency committee meetings

 Assist the Lead Teacher in creating age-appropriate activities Encourage children to explore and interact with each other Provide a balance between active and quiet play Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment

 Lead a high-energy classroom Develop and implement activities and projects for primary grades Guide the training of assistants Collaborate with faculty and parents on providing a positive and enriching experience

 Develop quality programs for elementary age students Provide tutoring for children who need additional help Assist program director with administrative duties Provide adult education learning courses
