I greet students and guests in the Ware Tutoring Center. I answer phones and schedule appointments. I help prepare students for the TSI PAA. I handle filing student folders. I also contact students regarding mandatory tutoring sessions through phone calls and emails. I serve as an assistant to the supervisor and tutors in a clerical capacity. I help tutor as needed.

As a Shift Manager, I had many responsibilities. I was responsible for counting cash and making bank deposits. I supervised and delegated the employees while also working as a team player to ensure customers would receive great-tasting fresh hot food and great customer service.
