During my time spent working as an associate for PwC I was honored to work with a Partner, Director, Senior Manager, and Senior associate on a Cybersecurity consulting project catered to the companies Eby-Brown, CoreMark, and PeformanceFoodGroup. The goal of this 3-month long project was to assess the sophistication and effectiveness of the CIS controls, Network Infrastructure, Configuration Management, And Security Awareness of these companies in order to provide an accurate understanding of their level of security with respect to the advice we gave. This evaluation started with a 2-week process of reviewing all company polices, documents, and collected data via company issue and pen test followed by a rigorous grading process for all CIS Controls with solutions to all vulnerabilities and improvements on current controls and policies.
