I am an IT Specialist at US Army, where I ensure the security and reliability of the communication and information systems of our troops. I have a CompTIA Security+ certification, which validates my skills and knowledge in cybersecurity and network administration. I have also completed multiple projects involving installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software systems. In addition to my technical skills, I have developed my time management and customer satisfaction skills through my previous roles as a Permit Technician at CITY OF SAINT CLOUD and an Associate at ALDI USA. I received the Employee of the Month award for my exceptional service and performance at ALDI USA. I am fluent in Spanish, which enables me to communicate with diverse customers and colleagues. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at UMass Global, where I learn how to apply IT solutions to business problems and opportunities. I am looking for a flexible job or internship to gain extra experience and prepare for my future career. I am motivated by my passion for technology and my desire to serve our country and community.
