Gabriel Florero a service veteran with more than twenty-six years of experience in the hospitality, tourism and meeting industry in Cancun.After his Graduation on International Relations at University of Valle de Mexico he started his carrier at a very young age in 1997 at Royale Tours, one of the top Destination Management Companies in Cancun, covering different positions and learning the tourism and service industry from the root. Soon after he was promoted as group and conventions coordinator, operating all types of groups, small or large. Groups such as Incentive programs from UK, Canada and the United States, Medical Congresses and Associations from all Mexico and South America. operating over 200 programs. In time he became Operations and International Sales Manager with different DMC´s in Cancun participating in several trade shows along the USA, Europe and Canada.Gabriel has extensive experience on the sales side and operation side which gives the client a full service that will cover all their expectations which includes: Hotel selection and proposals, site inspections, teambuilding, gala dinners catering services, audiovisual assistance, special and unique venues, CSR activities, logistics in tours excursions, transportation, dine around, music bands, pre-hispanic dancers, special talents, and more, having always great compliments from his clients for every service provided.In 2005 he was awarded with the “Golden Star” of service by the AMAV as the best Cancun Service Representative and his most important asset is to have great communication, empathy and common sense with the clients, hotel partners and suppliers looking always for the attention to detail in every aspect of any program to create a long lasting relationship with his clients.
