I am a Public Relations professional, with a postgraduate degree in media, politics and sociology from FESP, and 18 years of experience in the corporate communications market. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with both B2C and B2B clients across various market segments, including food and beverage, hospitality, and consumer goods. Over the past five years, I have exclusively focused on the technology sector, covering sub-sectors ranging from gaming and cloud computing to automation, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications.I have worked for multinational companies such as Accor Hospitality and Electrolux, as well as global Public Relations agencies like Burson and Edelman. Currently, I lead corporate communications for Ericsson in the Southern Cone of Latin America, where I am responsible for a multidisciplinary team handling projects related to media relations, crisis management, reputation, social media, institutional communication, thought leadership, internal communication, media, and events. Additionally, I serve as a co-leader in 'Plural', the company's diversity group, representing the LGBTQIA+ community pillar.
