Reviewed and approved all expenditures for the division, supervised staff that audited division wide contract providers.

Held full accountability for statewide Community Supervision operations for Youthful Offender System with 7 direct reports, 18 contract providers, and $3 million budget responsibility from development through resource allocation and execution. Reviewed and approved expenditures, and audited contract providers ensuring compliance to all agreements terms and state regulations. Researched and compiled data for periodic reporting, budget documentation, legislative justification, grants, and program status reports. Served as subject matter expert on program direction, policy, and procedures.
