As Senior FPM, I am responsible for the projects with the highest criticality from our Services portfolio. Acting as business partner and main point of contact for Project Managers and Head of Services, working closely with them to ensure that our project increase profitability and generate cash.

Part of the team responsible for migrating one legal entity from an old ERP to a new version of SAP.Main activities:- prepare Master Data mapping of internal accounting elements (cost centers, WBS elements, internal orders and profit centers)- take part in the User Acceptance Test, reconcile elements and track errors together with IS and external providers- brainstorm conversion logic from old system to the new one and work closely with IS to troubleshot errors
