Responsible for analyzing user reports for driving digital adoption efforts. This entails monitoring trends of end user metrics to create forecasts and guide for digital adoption best practices, as well as analyze contract value reports for our MM and ENT accounts. In addition, I administered customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys for our Totango onboarding webinars.

As a recruitment coordinator, I worked to fulfill the needs of the company by searching for the best possible talent to hire for our Customer Success organization. I oversaw all hiring processes for our open roles in the U.S., as well as aid in the onboarding of new recruits to the team.

I was a CS Partnership and Community Manager for Totango, involved in the monitoring and conducting of projects in the fields of partner channels and marketing. As part of partnerships, I helped manage SMB accounts to better their experience with Totango. Also, I monitored media content for viewers and customers of Totango and provided guidance for followers to be informed properly on customer success and the impact thereof. As well as coordinating event management for business channels and networking purposes, conducting partnership follow-ups and collaborations, and processing financial statuses for partnership deals to the company.
