Functions :• Administrative and operational management of projects.• Monitoring of the different areas involved in the project which are under my responsibility (acquisition, engineering, energy, CW, TI, costs and budgets) to verify the fulfillment of the times stipulated in each stage and troubleshooting. • Presentation of reports and weekly meetings with clients to present the progress of the project and of times stipulated.• Monitoring of the construction process and implementation of the stations. • Monitoring of the documentary closure of stations for presentation to the client to continue with the respective billing. • Negotiations with subcontractors looking to reduce costs.2. Highlights • At the time I received the project the client relations were in bad shape and construction level was very low, 1 site per month, currently I managed to improve the relationship with the client mainly with the quality of the work which has led us to raise the number of worksites to 14 per month. • One of the main actions taken to improve the situation of the project was to leave subcontract work such as acquisition and engineering, creating insted two internal areas which today each of them have more than 15 workers among them lawyers, engineers and structural and electrical engineers. The creation of these two areas of acquisition and design has enabled us to mainly have full control of these processes to improve the quality and the times for maximum effectiveness and at the same time has allowed us to reduce costs. • During my tenure I have developed internal processes of implementation and control. Also I have placed emphasis on the interaction of all areas taking part in the project to create a true team-work which is focused on a common goal.

• Development of the project from the initial contact with the client, negotiation, action and initial study for the proposal.• Development of the initial study, generation of agreement with other companies for the design of the plan. • Responsible for the reporting and analysis of intelligence of the project. • Implementation of the final project proposal for the improvement of the security systems of the company including the creation of an internal security body, standards, systems of work, improving the technological and physical security.

Systems and Networking Technician (in parallel with studies of MCSE)• Troubleshooting the network of communication and technical support to customers.• Configuration of workstations and servers.• Direct contact with the clients of the company.

Center for business and trade ARENA and the port of Hertzelia Hertzelia, Israel • Administrative and professional handling at the level of security of the región wich is constituted by different branches.• Development and planning of inspections in the different branches.• Coordination with the security forces (police, army, Coast Guard, Red Cross and firefighters). • Design plans for implementation in crisis and events such as terrorist attacks in all its forms, fires, earthquakes and robberies. • Instruction and training of the personnel for the performance of its functions (shift officers, command and control room officers) • Design of rules and guidelines for each facility according to need.• Tests of physical security to the clients premises.• Business expansion of the company in the área.

Business and shopping Center AZRIELI • Mainly in charge of the professional level of the safety of the Center which consists of three 45, 37, 32-story towers with a shopping mall of more than 200 stores, located in a mandatory stop for thousands of people coming to Tel Aviv every day to their jobs through the train station which is located in this installation and is connected with the Ministry of Defense of Israel.• Daily coordination with agencies of defense against potential terrorist threats to facilities. • Creation of a group of armed reaction taking into account the open field with civil action. • Design and application of emergency plans in crisis and events such as terrorist attacks in all its forms, fires, earthquakes and robberies. • Responsible for the development and coordination of evacuation drills of the facilities in case of emergency situations. • Taking control in time of crisis and coordination with security agencies.• Responsible for the recruitment of staff. • Instruction and training of staff mainly reaction teams.
