Explaining the reason behind this word requires a bit more time - When I first met Gabriel in his interview we managed to even talk about football and Jose Mourinho: it has been very easy to interact with him from the very first moment. Once onboarded in the team we had some pair programming sessions and I realised that he was blazingly fast both in thinking and executing with high quality. He was so striking that I decided to make a first salary review 3 months after his onboarding. He was promoted engineering manager shortly after: proving himself everyday as a humble, friendly and brilliant colleague.
