  Banking, corporate finance and business lawyer, particularly strong in complex banking, finance, corporate, M&A and restructuring cross border transactions. During the 90s, I worked in the Argentine public debt reorganization under the “Brady Plan” and afterwards in the debt to equity exchange in the Argentine privatization process. I also worked in leading IPOs like YPF, TGS and Citicorp Equity Investments. During the first years of the 2000s’, I advised on banking M&A transactions and banking reorganizations under Central Bank supervision, including the organization of new entities, transfers of branches, sales and assignments of credit portfolios, and financings of public and private banking entities. Some of those transactions Corpbanca, Banco Mayo, Banco Velox, and Scotiabank Quilmes, and the Credit Agricole subsidiaries (Banco del Suquia, Bisel y Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe). I have also advised in debt restructurings (Alto Parana, Alpargatas, Coto, Pecom) and, in the recent years, I participated in numerous M&A transactions and financings (including project finance -Renova and Genneia’s Wind Farms), advising investment banks, financial entities, multilateral lending agencies, strategic partners and funds. I am currently advising international leading banks in sensitive regulatory matters involving Central Bank, hold-outs conflicts, FX and money laundering, some of which are related to the Argentine public debt affairs .I also served as Secretary of Argentine Lawyers Banking Committee and Chairman of Saint Andrew's Association.
