Still during college, I accepted an internship position and was challenged to lead the transformation in media intelligence at the world's largest advertiser, P&G. As an engineering student, one of the biggest challenges was in designing applications using my previous technical knowledge to improve processes and develop solutions for an area I had never studied before.Over the two years in the position, I led several data-based projects, such as optimizers for cross-channel media buying, geospatial models for predicting consumer behavior, machine learning algorithms for media delivery at a 1:1 level (Mass Precision Marketing), automation of data ingestion and transformation processes in the cloud, etc.At the end of my first fiscal year at the company, still as an intern, I was recognized with the title of best IT project for developing and applying an algorithm to buy media more efficiently and effectively.
