Provided topographic and cross-section surveys as required for planning and payment quantities. Developed survey plans, methods, and procedures for conducting legal surveys. Planned, directed and supervised or conducted surveys to establish legal boundaries of properties. Communicated effectively with the project manager as to project progress, problems, client change requests, and job completion. Liaised with onsite subs trades, carpenters, foreman, etc. that building elements are in the correct location and check as necessary. Trained survey crew members and holds members accountable for performance which meets company standards. Ensured all operations are consistent with the requirements of the HSE program.
