After a little over a decade working in the animal industry, I have taken the small amount of management experience that I had and my leadership experience and decided to grow this aspect of my skillset in a new industry. I have been with S-BR since February of 2023 and have only grown with the company. I have learned a tremendous amount about the construction industry as well as grown my management skills exponentially. Starting in the field allowed me to learn very quickly, the roles and problem solving skills necessary on an active construction site, and growing into the management portion of the company has allowed me to learn how to manage an assortment of occurrences that is possible to take place on any work site. I am eager to continue my growth and further improve my skillset.
