-Providing academic English courses to University students in the Western Sydney BBus program

-Manage teachers and programs, beginning from the online transition during the 2020 COVID outbreak, to the opening and expansion of our second campus-Organize and guide the center's curriculum, which includes materials for students aged 4-17, utilizing over 50 textbooks-Train new teachers through class observations, modeled instruction, program explanations, and material creation support-Work closely with the center's desk staff to address the needs of students and their parents-Teach ELL classes over 20 hours a week, with students ranging from age 4 to 17

-Worked with a team to organize the academic structure of the center's flagship branch in Vietnam-Planned weekly events for groups of 70+ students-Created lessons for Kindergarten, Elementary School, Middle School, High School, and IELTS learners-Taught everything from Kindergarten aged learners who received 5 shields on the starter test, to high school IELTS students who achieved 7.0 IELTS scores

-Was promoted to manage material creation for a gifted middle school ELL students' program which spans 6 cities-Led the creation and refinement of TOEFL and academic English lessons, as well as the creation of online debate contests and special student events-Worked closely with the center's CEO, co-hosting parent's meetings and speaking at promotional events for crowds of 100-300 attendees-Organized four events for 100 native teachers, each with a budget of 5-15,000 dollars-Taught gifted ELL students who were in the 6th and 7th grade

-Taught hundreds of middle school ELL students from beginner to upper-intermediate levels of proficiency-Was promoted to gifted students' teacher in 2013-Taught all gifted middle school students' classes at the newly opened campus in Songpa-gu Seoul, now one of the largest campuses of the school-Managed and led a team of several teachers

- Conducted research regarding the effects of International Law and Human Security initiatives on Somalian Piracy-Created idea proposals to aid in my Professors development of a book he will write regarding the goals of International Human Security andConstitutional Rights- Finish weekly research reports which are submitted to explain new developments in my studies

- Was in-class assistant for Introduction to Criminal Justice course and provided students with course aid and paper work-Graded assignments from a college course and entered information into the course's online database which I helped structure-Proctored Examinations given in college courses regarding Criminal Justice- Participated in office meeting with Professor Lay to discuss methods of improving classroom dynamics and had several suggestions implemented

-Provided tourist and local resident information at the Staten Island Ferry and Borough Hall hosted special summer programs-Wrote letters to various organizations and constituents on behalf of Borough Hall and also provided constituent callers with aid regarding theirconcerns- Developed a letter proposing renovations to Staten Island parks which was agreed upon by Borough Hall and sent-Constructed kiosks, performed research regarding Zoo development and worked on excel spread sheets
