I like to solve problems and I enjoy challenges, so much that I hardly accept the "no solution" solution. Most of the time when someone offers a puzzle, I find it hard to stop solving it (no matter what kind of puzzle that might be).Currently, I perform in a Technical Support Engineer role, and I have done IT related jobs since I was 21 (or if we count my teenage years when I repaired my neighbors' computers or helped them get rid of viruses, since 15), but not the "hide behind the screen" kind of IT. I loved working with people, that's why I have developed so much in support and Project Management positions.In my free time, I have helped people around me change their career and motivated them to pursue better, proper jobs for them. I have managed to develop a strategy through which they could easily swap positions for the right positions, mostly in the IT sector.I love public speaking, that's why I have designed various training courses in my previous jobs, and transferred the knowledge I have, but mostly I love teaching people about what Coffee really is.Challenges were mentioned earlier, and as a proof that I love them, I was challenged to participate in the National Aeropress Championship in 2022, a contest about the best cup of coffee, and I won that title.
