Project Lead and New-Hire Mentor: o Developed and implemented the process for efficiently and cautiously releasing $506M in COVID-related Debt Service Escrows, resulting in clients reinvesting their capital into new loan originations and refinances with W&D. o Trained and led a team of four GSE Asset Management analysts on the COVID escrow release process; provided guidance, delegated assignments, and facilitated communication between clients and team members.
