At Mauri, I was responsible for evaluate and analyze products, part of the team of internal GMP auditing, support QA area with procedures review and update, product release in the system and shelf-life retention.

At Superbom I was responsible for plan, organize, control and coordinate the activities of the quality control laboratory as well as perform activities of QA and customer service. My duties at Superbom included: Ensure products comply with legislation (label and nutricional). Provide quality reports to manager (Customer Complaints and Non-Conformities) Perform Quality Control Analysis (humidity, density, pH, titrations, sucrose, acidity, ash, HMF, centrifugation, chlorine, packaging analysis, shelf life etc), including water, inputs, raw material, end products. Provide staff training in GMP, HACCP and others. Coordinate the investigation of customer complaints. Keep quality documentation up to date. Ensure non-conforming products were identified and placed on hold. Interface with suppliers to solve any problem with the raw material/label. Ensure quality plan activities were carried out. Perform product release in the ERP system (Protheus). Manage the activities of the microbiology laboratory. Support laboratory and production teams.

At Integralmedica I was responsible for update the Quality Management System documentation and manage the implementation and maintenance of ISO 22000:2005. My duties at Integralmedica included: Develop standards, policies and procedures of the Quality Management System. Monitor and maintain quality and compliance targets. Perform supplier qualification and monitoring to ensure high standards of quality. Execute internal and external audit as per audit plan. Manage non-conforming products. Control equipment calibration. Provide staff training in GMP and HACCP.

Implement GMP and HACCP in the company, aiming at international AIB certification.Analysing and releasing products, training employers, monitoring (verification and validation).

At Embrapa, I was responsible for managing laboratory activities based on ISO 17025. My duties at Embrapa included: Keep documentation up to date. Provide analysis reports to the manager. Execute analysis on fat oils (humidity, acidity, titration, spectroscopy, colour, rancimat, FAME, peroxide index, oil extraction, HPLC and Gas Chromatography, and so on). Control equipment calibration.
