CurrentDirects the Recruiting Division of a Consulting organization by managing resource allocation and utilization against forecasted opportunities. • Manages and determines rate margins, and cost analysis for potential and new hires.• Works with management to ensure understanding of current and future recruiting needs and implement improvements to recruiting processes.• Tracks and maintains metrics associated with recruiting, hiring, and attrition.• Established on-boarding efforts for new employees including technology, company overview, branding and marketing awareness, and operational procedures.Sources, screens and evaluates consultants for direct hire within Consulting Services, Training, Operations and Business Development including (Agile, Java, C#, .NET, Node, React, Angular, Ruby)
