Current• Implement HR software (Personio) from scratch to digitalize processes and HR recruitment platform (Teamtailor).• Manage administrative tasks for around 60 employees.• Ensure compliance with labor regulations of local markets with external support agencies like EOR's and tax advisors.• Manage legal HR issues with support of external agencies.• Provide support to employees in several HR topics such as absences, compensation, and resolve issues that may arise.• Coordinate recruitment process.• Manage employees on-boarding and hiring process.• Develop and implement HR policies and maintain up-to-date employees files.• Manage internal communication.• Verify payroll of different countries provided from external suppliers.
