As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Stantec, a global leader in design and engineering services. I help support the hiring process for various projects and teams across the company, working with recruiters, managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all parties. I also assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding activities, using my skills in recruiting, consulting, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.Before joining Stantec as a full-time employee, I completed a nine-month internship as a Talent Acquisition Consultant Intern, where I gained valuable insights into the consulting industry and the talent market. I also recently graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Services, where I learned the fundamentals of HR practices, policies, and strategies.
