Preparing structured cash management offers both to large corporate clients, Public Sector and SME clients, as to meet corporate customer expectations and specific business requirementsIncreasing portfolio cross-sell ratio, identifying and providing knowledge for implemented tailored cash management products and servicesPermanently focused on identifying cash management opportunities, both for existing or prospect customers, through direct contact with client senior managementClosely followed implementation of sales/ deal pipeline, prepared product proposals for customers meetings, negotiated pricing, terms and conditions as to achieve required targets and profitsBeing updated with the cash management latest developments, pricing changes on products and services and positioning our products in line with bank’s strategyMaintained close cooperation with Implementation Team, Alternative Delivery Channels and Customer Service teams as to ensure the customer’s required products/ services/ channels are provided at the appropriate level of serviceMonitoring cash management strategy, revenues and profitability, both at product and customer level, ensuring yearly target is met

Responsible to initiate, develop and maintain profitable business relationships and to ensure that clients are fully served;Prepare the credit applications together with the Credit Analyze division (new files, amendments to the existing ones, renewals of the credit applications on a timely basis);Monitor the credit files by periodically reports and reviews;Improve the range of products & services offered to companies, by cross selling services (i.e.: cash management products selling, cards and POS selling, cross selling with Retail, on a case by case basis);Permanently update the existing clients with the new products and services, by presenting the benefits related to their current business;Propose and adapt sales strategies to each potential customer depending on its needs;Offer permanent support in solving all the clients’ requests in an efficient manner, through direct collaboration with all departments involved (Treasury, Operations, Risk, Product Management);Responsible for acquiring new customers

Ensure preparation and timely delivery to the local regulators of specific investigations reports; Responsible for monitoring of potential money laundering activities, suspicious transactions; Investigate internally alerts and suspicious activity reports as well as money laundering issues;Monitor the press for reputational risk sources - sanctioned persons, politically exposed persons, corruptionActively providing consultancy on compliance issues, through workshops and trainings hold to internal or external customers
