Responsible for implementing the HR and the adapting the sales strategy of the bank in the local team, in the context of the local market.

Main focus: reviewing and creating the appropriate sales and service channels- set realistic but still ambitious targets for the segment- create job requirements, recruit and develop the team responsible for sales strategy of the segment- coordinate the training and coaching needs of the sales force

I have started this job when I was 26 years old, with just a couple of years experience in people management. It has remained the milestone in my further development as a manager and as a business specialist.In this role I was responsible for:- creating the strategy of the SME micro segment within BCR: redefine client segmentation, service model, build segment sales strategy- approval of the service model and the HR governance model withing the bank (creating the roles, approval of the HR structure, recruiting the team)- coordinate the activity of the newly created team, create the MBO scheme and the incentive model- set up the annual budgets and track it, together with the P&L indicators, and regularly report it to the board of the bank- develop the training and coaching scheme of the sales force responsible for the sale on the Micro segment in the bank
